For SLPs Who Know There Has To Be Another Way

Helping burnt out SLPs reconnect with their purpose, their gifts, and a more aligned way of working.

About me

Hi, I’m Megan.

I’m a speech-language pathologist, mentor, and holistic practitioner passionate about helping burnt out SLPs reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and the work they are truly meant to do.

Like so many people in this field, I got into the field of speech because I care deeply and my brother is autistic. I really wanted to help, connect, advocate and make a meaningful difference but over time, I realized how many SLPs are carrying enormous amounts of pressure, burnout, and emotional weight with very little support. We are often taught to keep doing more, learning more, and giving more while feeling more disconnected from ourselves than ever.

For years, I moved from setting to setting, trying different trainings, niches, and business models searching for work that felt aligned. What I realized is that many SLPs are not struggling because they are not smart enough or hardworking enough. They are struggling because the systems are broken and somewhere along the line they had to abandon themselves.

I know there is another way.

I believe SLPs deserve work that feels lighter, more creative, more meaningful, and more sustainable. My work is about helping SLPs reconnect with what lights them up, uncover their zone of genius, and create careers that actually fit who they are.

Alongside mentoring SLPs, I am also a speech-language pathologist with training in holistic and whole-body approaches including nervous system regulation, craniosacral fascial therapy, motor planning, communication support, nutrition, and sensory processing.

My hope is that this space feels like a deep breath.

Believing in your magic,

Megan
